Duracoat Ceramic Tile Glue

Duracoat Ceramic Tile Glue is a high-quality, durable, and flexible adhesive designed to securely bond ceramic tiles to walls and floors. Its viscous gel consistency allows for smooth application and precise tile positioning, providing a reliable, long-lasting finish. The glue is ideal for both interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring excellent adhesion and performance under various conditions.

Before application, it is important to prepare surfaces properly. Ensure all areas are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or loose materials. For high-humidity or fungus-prone areas, pre-treat surfaces with a bio-wash solution to prevent mold and mildew growth.

The glue is applied using a spatula or trowel. Spread it evenly over the surface, allow 2 minutes to set, and then firmly press the tiles into place. Allow the tiles to dry overnight for full adhesion. The spread rate is approximately 2–3 m² per litre. Duracoat Ceramic Tile Glue is available in white and comes in convenient pack sizes of 1kg, 4kg, and 20kg.

For safe and effective use, ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from heat or ignition sources. Avoid direct contact with skin or eyes, and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
